Fearmoore offers a 12-month factory warranty from the date of purchase.  Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims so please keep your receipt.

What it does not cover:

The manufacturing warranty does not include damage from excessive wear or mishandling. The warranty also does not cover accidental glass/case damage, scratches, water damage to the straps.

What it does cover:

However, the 12-month warranty does include any defects in the manufacturing of the watch, and defects under normal use. This includes; the movement, glass, indexes, dial, strap damage (ex. stitching is unraveling). 

We only make our products available in limited quantities.  Once we receive your wristwatch and your warranty claim is approved, we can offer you a few options:


  • You can request a full refund.
  • Request a replacement.
