For Domestic orders, the standard delivery time for packages is 5-7 business days via Canada Post. Due to Covid-19, these timeframes are not guaranteed.
For international orders, the standard international delivery time for packages is 6-12 business days via Canada Post & UPS. Due to Covid-19, these timeframes are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for any loss packages due to your countries courier service.
Your order will be shipped out 1 business day after the time the order was placed. If your order was placed on the weekend, your order will be shipped out the following business day.

Yes, when we have shipped out your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Our policy lasts 14 days. We only issue refunds if your order arrives damaged or tampered with. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. See our return policy in full detail here.
